Stratos does not sell user data to third parties.
We may collect the following personal data from users: first name, last name, email address, telephone number, address. We also collect data on how our website is used, which may include number of page visits and duration, type of browser (collectively, “Usage Data”). This Usage Data may include personal data, like your Internet Protocol (IP) address.
Users who connect their Google accounts to Stratos provide data as permitted by Google’s sharing permissions, which may include Google Contacts (names, email addresses, phone numbers, and other identifying information.)
We collect anonymous data when you visit our website or use our Product to monitor traffic, fix bugs, and make improvements. For example, we collect information like web requests, the data sent in response to such requests, the Internet Protocol address, the browser type, the browser language, and a timestamp for the request.

The Product is not intended for children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information via our website or Product from visitors in this age group.
Do Not Track (“DNT”) is a setting in a web browser that directs websites not to track your behavior. You can activate the DNT settings through most browsers. We do not track users over time and across third party websites. We have not authorized any third party to track consumers or visitors while they are on our Website, and we are aware of no such tracking.
Except as described in this Policy, we will not disclose your information that we collect with the Product to third parties without your consent. We may disclose information to third parties if you consent to us doing so, as well as in the following circumstances:
In order to serve relevant ads to your end-users, you may send Stratos your users' "prompts" (user inputs needed to use your product). Stratos only collects prompts you explictly send us through our API. We do not associate prompts with identifiable end-user data. You may delete prompts individually through Stratos' interface, or by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org
We may record data relating to the performance of ads served through Stratos for the purposes of billing, running our services, and improving them.
You may send requests about personal information to our Contact Information below. You can request to change contact choices, opt-out of our sharing with others, and update your personal information.
We employ reasonable methods and data security tools consistent with industry practices to protect your Personal Data. Information you submit or receive from our Product is sent using an encrypted TLS (SSL) connection. Unfortunately, even with these measures, we cannot guarantee the security of Personal Data. By using our Website, you acknowledge and agree that we make no such guarantee, and that you use our Product at your own risk.
If you are in the European Economic Area (“EEA”), the provisions of this section apply to you, effective May 25, 2018.
We may process your Personal Data because you have given us permission to do so (e.g., by sending data through our contact or order forms), because the processing is in our legitimate interests and it’s not overridden by your rights, or because we need to process your Personal Data to comply with the law. No waiver by Stratos of any term or condition set forth in this Policy shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition, and any failure of Stratos to assert a right or provision under Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of this Policy will in no way affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision.
